Take for example refuge collection in the region, Sacramento County has the lowest trash collect fees. That is a fact. The other cities all have higher fees and most use for profit waste companies to provide the trash collection services. Oh and yes, those big special interest waste companies are spending big bucks to convince you that a new city is better for our community. Go figure...the only interest they have is raising our rates and taking our money.
